What you need to be able to do

You should meet these requirements

  • Completed commercial training, preferably in the construction industry, or professional experience in secretarial and project support roles
  • At least 3 years’ professional experience in a commercial project management role, ideally with initial experience in the construction and engineering sectors
  • A precise, structured and independent approach to work
  • Ability to work in a team, loyalty, commitment and enjoyment of work
  • High level of self-motivation, a sense of responsibility, decisiveness and resilience
  • Empathy and an understanding of people
  • Highly reliable

These are your responsibilities

These activities are waiting for you

  • Processing incoming correspondence for the site management team
  • Organisational tasks, such as registering projects, requesting and preparing certificates and documents
  • Planning capacity and forecasting the order intake list in Visual Planning
  • Supporting and assisting the project management team with all project activities, such as site preparation, subcontractor and client liaison
  • Handling general correspondence in German in accordance with instructions or existing circumstances (letters, emails, telephone)
  • General administrative secretarial tasks such as monitoring deadlines, submission dates, data processing and filing
  • Preparation of technical reports, minutes and necessary documentation such as audit records
  • Coordinating appointments and handling the preparation and follow-up of external/internal meetings and site meetings
