We design and build to meet funding criteria
Rückert designs and builds in accordance with EU building regulations, ESG criteria and DGNB certifications. This paves the way for grants and tax benefits.
Whether it’s a motorway service station, a truck stop or a branded petrol station: operators along Germany’s motorways, expressways and other major transport routes face complex challenges – high footfall, limited construction times, strict regulations and changing powertrain technologies are creating increasingly challenging conditions when it comes to catering for travellers and their vehicles.
We offer solutions for your modernisation or new-build projects that are precisely tailored to these needs.
Because we are the partner for your building envelope who understands your specific needs, turning challenges in the construction process into real opportunities.
Petrol stations have specific requirements in terms of fire safety, environmental regulations and technical infrastructure – and we have the expertise to meet them. This also applies to photovoltaics: use your system to show that you understand and support e-mobility.
Motorway service stations are among the busiest facilities in Germany. We carry out construction work whilst the site remains open – drawing on our experience and following clear procedures that cause as little disruption as possible to your operations. Through clear agreements and strict adherence to deadlines, we ensure that you can continue operating as planned.
Do you operate multiple sites? We offer scalable construction concepts across Germany, featuring consistent standards and reliable delivery by multiple teams – fully trained and familiar with your requirements, with a single point of contact for all matters.
Our façade and flat roof solutions are not only visually appealing: thanks to the careful selection of materials, they also help to reduce energy and maintenance costs in the long term – and enhance the appeal of your property to customers and franchisors over time.

Legal requirements and rising customer expectations regarding sustainability are a key issue. An optimised building envelope is crucial for ESG strategies and regulatory compliance. With us, you can achieve this!

Solar power systems with battery storage, smart energy management systems, green roofs and heat-reflective materials reduce emissions and lower temperatures inside the building itself, helping us achieve genuine sustainability. This is also good for the morale of your workforce.

We assist with applications for and the integration of national and regional funding schemes for low-emission or energy-self-sufficient construction projects – a genuine financial advantage that makes your construction project a positive contributor to your bottom line right from the start.

The materials used for the building envelope also adhere to sustainable principles – by using recyclable elements and adopting a long-term building strategy, we ensure that there is a clear plan for what will happen to your building at the end of its life.

Buildings will start to ‘think’ for themselves – already during inspection and maintenance thanks to digital sensors and self-cleaning drains, and soon also through AI-controlled ventilation, lighting control and energy monitoring.

We manufacture products to the highest standards, ensuring they offer you optimum safety, in accordance with standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SCC, DIN 4102 / EN 13501-1, ATEX certification, GMP, and DGNB / LEED certification.

Our sustainable building standards and the use of low-carbon materials position you as a market leader and ensure you have access to grants and improved credit terms.
There are various funding schemes available for the energy-efficient refurbishment of industrial buildings in Germany. Here are some current options:
This scheme supports specific measures to improve the energy efficiency of the building envelope in non-residential buildings. Funding is available in the form of a grant or a low-interest loan with a repayment subsidy. The exact funding conditions vary depending on the measure and the efficiency standard. Find out more here: bafa.de
KfW Bank supports businesses in investing in the energy efficiency of production facilities and processes. Although the focus is on production processes, measures relating to the building envelope may also be eligible for funding if they contribute to improving energy efficiency. Funding is provided in the form of low-interest loans with repayment subsidies. Find out more here: kfw.de
Before carrying out renovation work, it may be worth seeking a subsidised energy consultation. This identifies potential savings and helps you plan efficient measures. The consultation is subsidised up to 50% of the costs, up to a maximum of €4,000. Find out more here: energiewechsel.de
In addition to the national schemes, some federal states and local authorities offer their own grants for energy-efficiency renovations of non-residential buildings. The terms and availability vary by region – we’d be happy to help!
