We design and build to meet funding criteria
Rückert designs and builds in accordance with EU building regulations, ESG criteria and DGNB certifications. This paves the way for grants and tax benefits.
Are you planning a refurbishment or a new build for an exhibition centre or an event hall? If so, you’ll know that exhibition and event halls are no ordinary buildings. They must meet the highest standards of flexibility, energy efficiency and ESG compliance – whilst maintaining continuous operations, accommodating changing event formats and meeting international standards.
We understand these specific conditions – and develop solutions for your buildings and their construction or refurbishment phases that are precisely tailored to your location, your event profile and your logistical processes.
International event organisers expect sustainability. We know what really matters when it comes to the relevant certifications and will implement the necessary measures perfectly for you.
We take a holistic approach to energy – from smart control systems and on-site energy generation via photovoltaics to the right insulation for your buildings, we ensure that the entire building envelope becomes a key asset in your overall concept.
Whether it’s a machinery trade fair, a concert or a specialist conference: we’re also experts in modular systems that can be quickly reconfigured, ensuring your venues can be flexibly adapted to meet your customers’ needs.
When you build with Gebrüder Rückert, you are investing in infrastructure that impresses both customers and investors – even during the renovation phase. This is because we plan our processes so that work can continue seamlessly.

Building venues for trade fair and event companies requires more than just technical expertise – it demands an understanding of your processes, consideration for your event calendar and your target audiences. And that is precisely what Rückert specialises in.
Here’s what we achieve for you right from the construction stage:
Rückert designs and builds in accordance with EU building regulations, ESG criteria and DGNB certifications. This paves the way for grants and tax benefits.

Trade fairs and events are our speciality: exhibition halls, temporary structures, façades with special openings – we’re familiar with all of these and know exactly how to handle them. And you get everything from a single source.

We know that not every event organiser is the same. That’s why we design and build in such a way that your building envelope suits your requirements – including modular designs that can be adapted for the future.

Your schedule is set – we adapt our processes accordingly. With coordinated site logistics and due consideration for ongoing event operations, we carry out your projects in such a way that you can continue working without disruption.

We understand the challenges facing your industry: tight deadlines, complex usage scenarios, and varied requirements from event organisers and policymakers. That is why we plan and build for you in such a way that everything fits together seamlessly – technically, economically and organisationally.

Well-planned and well-executed façade and roof solutions allow for extensions, alterations or changes of use without lengthy renovation periods.

Buildings will start to ‘think’ for themselves – already during inspection and maintenance thanks to digital sensors and self-cleaning drains, and soon also through AI-controlled ventilation, lighting control and energy monitoring.

Our processes and the materials we process are backed by certifications and safety standards, such as DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SCC, DIN 4102 / EN 13501-1, ATEX certification, GMP, and DGNB / LEED certification.

Our sustainable building standards and the use of low-carbon materials position you as a market leader and ensure you have access to grants and improved credit terms.
There are various funding schemes available for the energy-efficient refurbishment of industrial buildings in Germany. Here are some current options:
This scheme supports specific measures to improve the energy efficiency of the building envelope in non-residential buildings. Funding is available in the form of a grant or a low-interest loan with a repayment subsidy. The exact funding conditions vary depending on the measure and the efficiency standard. Find out more here: bafa.de
KfW Bank supports businesses in investing in the energy efficiency of production facilities and processes. Although the focus is on production processes, measures relating to the building envelope may also be eligible for funding if they contribute to improving energy efficiency. Funding is provided in the form of low-interest loans with repayment subsidies. Find out more here: kfw.de
Before carrying out renovation work, it may be worth seeking a subsidised energy consultation. This identifies potential savings and helps you plan efficient measures. The consultation is subsidised up to 50% of the costs, up to a maximum of €4,000. Find out more here: energiewechsel.de
In addition to the national schemes, some federal states and local authorities offer their own grants for energy-efficiency renovations of non-residential buildings. The terms and availability vary by region – we’d be happy to help!
