We were one of the first major roofing contractors in southern Germany to specialise exclusively in flat roof systems. Consequently, we have extensive expertise and experience with all the systems available on the market.
We provide advice at the planning stage, work closely with architects and project planners, carry out bespoke modifications using our impressive range of machinery and in-house sheet metal fabrication, respond quickly thanks to our well-stocked materials warehouse, and deliver a high-quality finish thanks to our exceptional fleet of vehicles and numerous well-coordinated construction teams operating nationwide.

Whether it’s a complete energy-efficiency refurbishment of an older building or the repair of defects and urgent damage: if a fault occurs in your flat roof – for example, due to water, storms, hail or simply wear and tear – it must be located and assessed as quickly as possible. Our specialists provide a status report and the appropriate renovation proposal quickly and accurately – with a detailed schedule you can rely on.
We provide fast and reliable assistance with any type of renovation. We dispose of contaminated old roofing materials, such as asbestos, or install retrofitted fixtures such as fall protection, ventilation systems and all roof penetrations or built-in components.

We construct modern flat roofs in close collaboration with architects, engineers, planners and clients: whether using synthetic waterproofing membranes or bituminous membranes, with roof support shells and metal roofing. We can contribute valuable insights right from the planning stage to ensure the flat roof achieves the perfect appearance, functionality and performance.
Naturally, we also integrate key functional elements for daylight systems, ventilation, smoke extraction, thermal insulation, lightning protection, fall protection and energy systems based on solar or photovoltaic technology.

Take advantage of our engineering expertise: we employ our own structural engineers, which means we can provide you with detailed specifications for your flat roof project, analyse costs or prepare application documents even faster than others. You’ll benefit from our streamlined processes and in-house resources, enabling us to drive your flat roof, façade or photovoltaic project forward effectively.

A modern flat roof is far more than just an insulated and well-sealed surface forming the “top” of a building: a flat roof can regulate the climate, generate energy, report damage automatically, clean its own drainage system and much more.
Here we have compiled some information for you on the technology involved in modern flat roofs:

Using high-precision R.O.S.I. sensor technology, we can monitor the condition of a flat roof’s layered structure at any time: the sensor is placed on the vapour barrier, and the associated sensor antenna is installed directly beneath the waterproofing.
Battery-free and comprehensive moisture monitoring
The passive monitoring system determines the exact moisture levels of the surrounding roof structure battery-free and autonomously, and transmits these non-destructively via manual reading, radio module or continuously in a fully automatic, digital monitoring system 24/7 and without gaps – ensuring constant safety even under the most critical conditions.

Using drone flights, our experts create 3D documentation of your property: the high-resolution images of the roof surfaces and the structures and fixtures located on and within them are thus recorded in great detail. This gives you a clear overview of every square metre of your flat roof and its condition at all times.
Visual detection of defects
Thanks to state-of-the-art camera technology, we use the drone footage to identify suspicious defects in the roof membrane and can assess whether we need to take a closer look. We only access your flat roof if there is a visually substantiated suspicion: this significantly reduces the cost of a roof inspection and makes our flat roof maintenance contracts affordable.

Fleck RoofGuard’s technology ensures that standing water on flat roofs is no longer a problem: when the water level reaches a critical height – for example, due to accumulated leaves or hail – the grate lifts automatically, instantly clearing the drain. This flushes away the blockage and ensures that the water level drops rapidly. Once the water level falls below the problem threshold, the screen automatically lowers again.
Wireless alerts with Fleck connect
The RoofGuard system automatically sends an email notification if leaves or hail block the drain and maintenance is required: this system, which operates without an external power supply, can – just like the RoofGuard system as a whole – also be retrofitted and provides additional protection against problems caused by water backflow.

This non-destructive leak detection system uses electrical pulses to identify damage in the roof membrane and the moisture that has penetrated as a result: our staff scan the roof surface using a probe connected to the building, which emits electrical pulses. Where moisture has found its way under the roof membrane through often almost invisible areas of damage, the circuit is closed and the probe sounds an alarm. We use
the following SLD methods for leak detection:
Do you need a partner who can adapt to your specific requirements? We are flexible, dedicated and reliable, standing by your side – especially when the going gets tough!

Achieve significant cost savings by optimising the thermal insulation of your flat roof: we would be happy to show you the potential savings for your building.
We inspect your roof for damage caused by hailstorms and other extreme weather conditions (lightning strikes, storms, etc.) and repair any leaks immediately, before they can lead to costly further damage.
Does your roof comply with all current health and safety regulations? We inspect and carry out any necessary repairs: anchor points, guardrail systems, safety systems, access equipment and much more.
Natural light instead of artificial light? It’s possible in far more places than you might think: we’d be happy to suggest solutions for making the most of this natural and free source of light.
